  2. Hydra reproduces by budding.
  3. Protuberance occurs at any one part of the matured hydra.
  4. This protuberance grows and cells begin to differentiate internally unless it is able to function independently.
  5. This cluster of cells matures and forms another mature hydra separating itself from the parent hydra.
