Solution

The correct option is D 10 cm
Given:
Weight of water-filled container = 25 Kg
So, volume of 25 Kg of water = 25 L [given: 1 Kg = 1 L]
We know,
1 L = 1000 mL
and 1000 mL = 1000 cu. cm
So, 25 L = 25,000 cu. cm
Given:
Base area of the container = 2500 sq. cm
We know,
Volume of container = base area x height
Height of water level = volume of water/base area of conatiner
= 250002500 = 10 cm
