The value of $x$ can be calculated as shown below
$10kg:xkg::350:175$

$\frac{10}{x}=\frac{350}{175}$
$10\times 175=350\times x$
$350x=1750$
$x=\frac{1750}{350}$
$x=5$
Therefore , $5kg$ of sugar costs of $Rs.175$
