Step 1: Volume conservation
The combined volume of n smaller drops is equal to the volume of large sphere.
Vi=Vf
N×43πr3=43πR3 (Here "r" is radius of each small sphere and "R" is radius of big sphere)

1000×43πr3 = 43πR3

R=10r

Step 2: Comparision of capcitances
Capacitance of sphere=4π0.(radius)
Capcitance of smaller sphere
C=4π0r ....(1)

Capacitance of larger sphere
Cf=4π0R=40π0r=10C

Cf=10C (Using Equation 1)

Hence the capacitance of larger sphere is 10C.
