In the first group 129 : 145
In 2nd number 1+4=5. So, last digit is sum of first two digits.
Now 1st two digits of 2nd number is obtained by adding 2 to the first two digits of first number.
And 3rd digit is obtained by subtracting 4 from the last digit of first number.
In 2nd group the order is reversed, since 3+8=11.
So, to obtain 2nd number we subtract 2 from the first two digits of 3811 to get first two digits of 2nd number. And then we add 4 to the last two digits of 3811 to get the last two digits of 2nd number.
Thus, we get the number 3615.
Hence, option 'D' is correct.
