2NO+O2 2NO2
So this implies that 2 volume of nitric oxide and one volume of oxygen reacts to give 2 volume of nitrogen dioxide.
According to Avogadro's law
The volume of a gas is directly proportional to its number of moles.
So 2 moles react with 1 mole of oxygen to give 2 moles of nitrogen dioxide.
Hence 20 ml nitric oxide reacts with 10 ml of oxygen to give 20 ml of nitrogen dioxide.
So by the equation the volume of nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide should be equal. Hence we will get 20ml of NO2
