The correct option is C 0.02 N
Milliequivalents of NaOH =300×0.1×1=30 mEq
Milliequivalents of H2SO4=200×2×0.1=40 mEq
Since, the acid is present in excess, the solution is acidic.
Hence, milliequivalents of excess H+ =4030=10 mEq
Normality of H+=10500=0.02 N.
