The correct option is B Slope =4
Let present age of my mother be y and that of mine is x.
8 years ago means age of mother's be (y8)
and 9 years later my age means (x+9)
According to question
y8=4(x+9)
y=8+4x+36
y=4x+44
This is the required equation.

On comparing with slope-intercept form of line y=mx+b where m is slope of the line and b is y-intercept of the line.
Slope =4
