The clock gains $12mins$ in $12hrs$

$\Rightarrow$ It gains $1min/hr$

From $11am$ till $1pm$ on the 6th day, the number of hours elapsed on the clock = ($2+5\times 24)=122hrs$

Number of time elapsed on correct clock would be = $\frac{(122\times 60)}{61}=120hrs$

This is nothing but $6$ exact days

$\therefore$ the correct time would be $11am$ on the 6th day.
