Distance=210 m
Time=6 s
$R e l a t i v e S p e e d = \frac{d i s t a n c e}{t i m e}$
$\Rightarrow \frac{210}{6} = 35 m / s e c = 35 \times \frac{18}{5} = 126 k m / h$
Since man is running in opposite direction of the train then
Relative speed=speed of the train+speed of the man
