The correct option is A 30 Ns
Impulse, J=Fdt ...(i)
From impulse-momentum theorem,
J=m Δv=PfPi ...(ii)
PfPi=Fdt
where Pf is the final momentum and Pi=mvi=1×10=10 Ns is the initial momentum.

Integrating eq. (i) with limits of integration from t=0 to t=1 s
J=10[20t+30t2]dt
=[10t2+10t3]10
=10[(10)+(10)]=20 Ns

From Eq. (ii):
Pf10=20
Pf=30 Ns
