$P_1=4$atm, $T_2=-3^o$C$=270$K
$P_2=2$atm
According to ideal gas equation
$\frac{P_1{V}_1}{T_1}=\frac{P_2{V}_2}{T_2}$
$\therefore V_2=\frac{P_1{V}_1}{T_1}\times \frac{T_2}{P_2}=\frac{4\times 1500\times 270}{300\times 2}=2700m^3$.
