As the pressure and volume -P1,P2,V1 is given only V2 is to be calculated.

As temperature remains constant at room temperature, applying Boyle's law P1 V1 = P2 V2 the value of V2 can be calculated.

V2 =11.35L

Thus, the balloon can be expanded upto11.35L. Beyond this volume, it will burst.
