Number of bananas = 50% of 120

= 60
Given, number of apples = 20
Therefore,
No. of oranges
= Total no. of fruits - (No. of bananas + No. of apples)
= 120 - (60 + 20)
= 120 - 80
= 40
$\therefore$ Percentage of oranges = $\frac{40}{120}\times$ 100
$\Rightarrow$ Percentage of oranges = 33.33%
