The correct option is A 10 N, 20 N
Let mb and ms be the mass of the block and mass of the string respectively.

Tension at lowest point i.e. at A,
TA=mbg=1×10=10 N
Force exerted by the support will be the tension in the string at point B,
TB=mbg+msg=1×10+1×10=20 N
