The correct option is A $10N,20N$

Let $m_b$ and $m_s$ be the mass of the block and mass of the string respectively.

Tension at lowest point i.e. at A,
$T_A=m_{b}g=1\times 10=10N$
Force exerted by the support will be the tension in the string at point B,
$T_B=m_{b}g+m_{s}g=1\times 10+1\times 10=20N$
