The correct option is A

10 kg


A spring balance measures Tension of the string attached to it,these spring balance in the question are massless themselves.


Since equilibrium so
T = mg
T = 100 N
Tension in the upper string will be same as the spring balance is massless.
This meansthe reading that spring balance will give is
T/g =(10010) = 10 kg each.
So both spring balance will read the same 10 Kg.
