10 kg


A spring balance measures Tension of the string attached to it, these spring balance in the question are massless themselves.

Since equilibrium so

T = mg

T = 100 N

Tension in the upper string will be same as the spring balance is massless.

This means the reading that spring balance will give is

Tg = 10010=10kg each.

So both spring balance will read the same 10 kg
