We know that,
work done on the object by force = change in kinetic energy

Here, work done =Fdx=30200.2xdx
=0.2[x22]3020=0.22[302202]
=0.1[900400]=0.1×500=50 joule
Applying the work energy theorem,
Work done = final kinetic energy-initial kinetic energy
Final kinetic energy= work done + initial kinetic energy
Final kinetic energy =50+12mv2
=50+5×1022
