$s$ is specific gravity

$\frac{1}{3}\times s\times p\times v\times g=2.6\times p\times v\times g$

$S=7.8$

Now,

$\frac{\text{Density of material}}{\text{Density of water}}=\text{Relative Density}$

$\text{Density of material}=7.8\times 1000$

$=7.8\times 1000\times kg/m^3.$
