Given:
The body is moving in a circular path of radius, r=0.125 m=18 m
The body covers one quarter of the circumference of the path in time, t=2 s, i.e. from the point A to B through the curvature as shown:

The displacement, AB can be calculated using the Pythagorean theorem, as:

AB=OA2+OB2=r2+r2=r2

AB=18×2=142 m

The velocity from A to B, vAB=ABt
142×2=18 m s1

1 min=60 s
18 m s1=(18×60) m min1

vAB=608=152=7.5 m min1
