Given, body starts from rest i.e. $u=0$, distance $s=s\text{m}$ and $n=2$
As we know that, the distance covered by a body in $n^{th}$ second is given by
$s_{n^{th}}=u+\frac{a}{2}(2n-1)$
$\Rightarrow s=0+\frac{a}{2}(2\times 2-1)$
$\Rightarrow a=\frac{2s}{3}{\text{m/s}}^2$
