A box contains cards bearing numbers 6 to 70. If one card is drawn at random from the box, find the probability that it bears (i) a one digit number, (ii) a number divisible by 5, (iii) an odd number less than 30,
(iv) a composite number between 50 and 70.

Total cards = 65

(i) Probability that it has one digit number
Possible options = {6,7,8,9} = 4
Probability = 4 over 65

(ii) Probability that it has a number divisible by 5
Possible options ={10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60,65,70}=13
Probability= 13 over 65 equals 1 fifth

(iii) Probability that it has an odd number less than 30
Possible options = {7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21,23,25,27,29}=12
Probability= 12 over 65

(iv)Probability that it has a composite number between 50 and 70
Possible options = {51,52,54,55,56,57,58,60,62,63,64,65,66,68,69}=15
Probability= 1565 =313
