Converting the units from cm to m, we have the dimensions as-
Length = 0.32 m
Width = 0.1 m
Thickness = 0.1 m
Area in contact with ground = 0.32 x 0.1 = 0.032 m²
We know that, Pressure = Force/Area
= 16/0.032
= 500 N/m²
= 500 Pa.
