$\therefore$ Energy consumed in 30 days $=1.2\ast 30=36KWh$

$\therefore$ The total energy consumption is 36 KWh or 36 units

Rate of each unit$=3.25$

$\therefore$ Total bill for the month$=Rate\ast Totalunitsconsumed$

$=Rs.3.25\ast 36=Rs.117$
