The correct option is B

Work done by A in one day = $\frac{1}{14}$

Work done by B in one day = $\frac{1}{13}$

Work done by A in 7 days = $\frac{7}{14}$

Work done by B in 7 days = $\frac{7}{13}$

Ratio = $\frac{13}{14}$
