The correct option is D 8 days
Work done by A in 1 day =19

Work done by B in 1 day =118

Work done by B in last 3 days =118×3=16
Remaining work=116=56

Work done by A and B in 1 day =19+118=318=16
Hence no. of days in which A and B worked together is =5616=5 days
Then total time to complete the work =3+5=8 days.
