Solution

The correct option is C 10,500 mL
The car needs 10 gasoline jars.
Capacity of each jar = 1 L 50 mL

∴ Capacity of 10 jars = 1 L 50 mL × 10

Convert the capacity of each jar into a common unit (mL).

We know, 1 L = 1,000 mL
∴ Total capacity of each jar = 1,000mL + 50mL = 1,050 mL

So, fuel capacity of the car = 1,050 × 10 = 10,500 mL
