The correct option is D 50 km
Speed = Distance travelled / Time of motion

Therefore,

Distance travelled = Speed×Time of motion

In 60min, i.e., 1 h, the car travelling with a speed of 30km/h will cover
30×1=30 km

If the same car travels with a speed of 40km/h for 0.5 h, the car will cover
40×0.5=20 km

Therefore, the total distance travelled by the given car is,
30+20=50 km
