The correct option is C

It is given in the question that the radius is 3cm. Therefore the distance of A from the centre O is 3 cm. Similarly, distance of B from O and the distance of C from O are 3 cm each.

Thus, r = OA = OB = OC = 3 cm.
Hence, OA + OB + OC = 3 + 3 + 3 = 9 cm.
