Here $\frac{1}{\text{R total}}=\frac{1}{R}+\frac{1}{R}$

$\frac{1}{\text{R total}}=\frac{2}{R}$

$\therefore \text{R total}=\frac{R}{2}$

$\therefore \frac{\text{Reading of C}}{\text{Reading of A}}=\frac{R}{2}$
