The correct option is B Only (II) and (III)
Given,
shell B is earthed so the potential on this shell will be zero.i.e, VB=0

From the conservation of charge, Q will be induced on the inner surface of outer shell as shown in figure.


Now calculating the potential V for arb,

V=kQr(Vinner)b....(1)

Where, potential due to inner surface, (Vinner)b=k(Q)b

Now, from (1),

V=kQrkQb....(2)

Substituting the value of k=14πϵ0, we get
V=14πϵ0Q(1r1b)

Potential at A,

VA=14πϵ0Q(1a1b)

So, potential difference between A and B will be,

ΔVAB=VAVB

ΔVAB=Q4πϵ0(1a1b)0

ΔVAB=Q4πϵ0(1a1b)

Hence, statements (II) and (III) are correct and so we can say that option (b) is the correct choice.
