The correct option is A 16 cm
Focal length of convex lens, f=4cm.

μg=1.5

Lens formula for convex lens,1f=(μ1)[1R11R2]

14=(1.51)[1R11R2]

12=[1R11R2]

Now under water focal length is,

1fW=(μgμW1)[1R11R2]

=[1.5(43)1]×12

=[4.541]×12=580

1fW=116

fW=16cm
