The correct option is C West
As the speed of runner is constant so its tangential acceleration is zero .
Now it has centripetal acceleration , which is always directed towards the center of circular motion , the runner is curving to his left and facing north therefore the center of circular path will be towards left of north i.e. west , therefore the acceleration is directed towards west .
