A cubical box is 1 m in height. In it cubical boxes of chalks of 20 cm length are arranged. How many such boxes could be arranged ?

Length of cubical box =1 m
Volume of cubical box =l3
=(1)3 m3=1 m3

Now length of chalkbox (l)=20 cm
Volume of chalkbox =(l)3
=(20)3 cm3

Number of chalk-box that can be arranged in space of 8000cm3=1
Number of chalk-box arranged in space of 1 m3 or 10,00,000 cm3 =10000008000=125
Hence, 125 chalk-boxes could be arranged in the given cubical box.
