Wt of block=Wt of solution displaced

$mg=v\times d\times g$\\ $21.6\times 1000\times 10=x\times 30\times 30\times 1\times 10$

$x=\frac{21.6\times 1000\times 10}{30\times 30\times 1\times 10}=24cm$
