Potential energy of a current carrying loop placed in a uniform magnetic fieldU=μ.B=μBcosθThus, change in potential energy

ΔU=UfUi=μB(cosθ1cosθ2)

As, θ1=45 and θ2=135

ΔU=16×4(cos45cos135)

ΔU=642 J
