CP for the seller = (Listed Price - Discount) + Transportation cost

$=500-\frac{28}{100}\times 500+15$

$=500-140+15$

$=Rs.375$

SP for the seller $=$ CP $+$ Gain

$=375+\frac{20}{100}\times 375$
