​Total number of outcomes = 6.

Out of the given numbers, even numbers are 2, 4 and 6.

Numbers of favourable outcomes = 3.

∴ P(getting an even number) = Number of favourable outcomesNumber of all possible outcomes

Hence, the correct answer is option (a).
