Cost of $10$ eggs $=$$₹\frac{18}{12}\times 10=₹15$

Also,

Number of eggs bought in $₹18$ $=12$

Number of eggs bought in $₹1$ $=\frac{12}{18}$

Number of eggs bought in $₹60$ $=\frac{12}{18}\times 60=40$

Hence, cost of $10$ eggs is $₹15$ and $40$ eggs can be bought in $₹60$
