Area of plot(a)=a2

Area of plot(b)=b2

Area of plot(c)=c2

Now, in the given triangle, apply Pythagoras Theorem:

c2=a2+b2

Thus, Area of plot(a) and plot(b) together is equal to area of plot(c)
