Let us take rise in level of the field $= h$ m
Volume of the earth spread $=$ volume of the tank
Area of the remaining field times rise in level $=$ volume of the tank
(Area of field $-$ area of tank) $\times$ rise in level of field $=$ volume of the tank
$\Rightarrow (120 \times 50 - 24 \times 10) \times h = 24 \times 10 \times 6$
$\Rightarrow (6000 - 240) \times h = 1440$
$\Rightarrow (5760) \times h = 1440$
$\Rightarrow h = 0.25$ m
Rise in level of the field $= 25$ cm
