Let two identical particle of mass $m$ is kept at distance $R$.

Gravitational Force$F=\frac{G{m}^2}{R^2}$,

Gravitational field is produced by one particle at distance $R$, $E=\frac{Gm}{R^2}$

$\therefore$ Gravitational Field, $E=\frac{F}{m}$

The gravitational field experienced by any one of the masses $=\frac{{10}^{-4}}{1\times {10}^{-3}}=0.1N/m$
