List price of the fridge = Rs, 16,000
Price of the fridge after deducting the discounts = $16000 [1 - (\frac{10}{100})] [1 - (\frac{80}{100})]$

$= 16000 (0.9) (0.8) = R s . 11520$
Sales tax = $\frac{30}{100} (11, 520) = R s . 3456$
The final price of the fridge = $R s . 11, 520 + R s . 3, 456 = R s . 14, 976$
