The correct option is A 20% profit

Total number of bananas in 3 dozen = 12 × 3 = 36
Cost for one banana = Rs 4
Cost Price (CP) for 3 dozen bananas = Rs 4 × 36 = Rs 144

Selling Price (SP) = Rs 180

As SP > CP, he made a profit = Rs 180 - Rs 144 = Rs 36.

Profit% = 36144×100%​ = 25%
