Solution

Dimension of garden =15m×10m

Width of flower bed =2.5m

Width of grassy path =2.5m

The area of the garden =15×10

=150m2

Area of the garden including the flower bed=15+2.5+2.5×10+2.5+2.5

=20×15

=300 m2

Area of the flower bed =300-150

=150m2

Area of the garden including the flower bed and grassy path=20+2.5+2.515+2.5+2.5

=25×20

=500m2

Now the area of the grassy path =500-150

=350m2

Hence, the area of the flower bed and grassy path are 150m2 and 350m2 respectively.
