When the pressure of gas is kept constant, the volume of a gas is directly proportional to the temperature of the gas.

VTVT=constant

V1T1=V2T2

Given: V1=6.5 L and V2 is 50% more than V1, i.e. V2=1.5×V1=1.5×6.5=9.75 L

And T1=25 C=25+273=298 K

T2=V2V1T1=9.756.5×298=447 K

In C, T2=447273=174 C
