(a) Artificial Sweeteners: (i) Aspartame, (ii) Saccharin.
(b) Definition of Antibiotic: The chemical substances which are produced by some microorganisms and can be used to inhibit the growth or even kill the other micro organisms which cause the infection are called antibiotics. Example: Penicillin.
(c) Name of Antihistamine drug: Chlorpheniramine promethazine are common antihistamine drugs.
Uses: These drugs are used to control the energy effect produced by histamines.
They are used in asthma itching, skin irritation, sneezing etc. are induced in the body.
Definition: Drugs which prevent the production of histamine and fight against the allergy effect are called antihistamines.
