Note that the refractive indices of both the glass and the liquid are the same for yellow and hence no deviation, i.e., yellow travels without deviation. However, red ray enters from a rarer to a relatively denser medium, i.e., red ray is deviated towards base while blue ray enters from a denser medium to a relatively rarer medium hence the blue ray is deviated towards the vertex.
