Solution

The gallbladder is responsible for storing bile juice secreted by the liver.
Bile juice is important for the breakdown of large fat globules into smaller globules.
Since 'A' got her gallbladder removed, she won't be able to store her bile juice. Therefore, eating the fat in bulk would lead to the problem in digestion.
